What do you hope for?
Really, what do you hope for?
Some hope for promotions at work, a new car, a new home, a breakthrough in rough circumstances, losing those extra pounds, a new friendship, a restored relationship, and the list goes on and on.
What is it that you are hoping for?
The verse I read today was Hebrews 11:1 "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen."
I was convicted by this verse knowing that I have a relationship with a Holy God who is my hope. HE is all the hope I need. And not just that, but do I share this with others who are desperately in need of hope? If you are a Christian then you have a hope that surpasses all other things and we need to share that with this hurting world. Opportunities are all around us daily, let's seize them for God's glory!

Eat & Pray
Well we are back to our menu planning and praying for countries around the world.
Last night was Rustic Tortellini Soup from Italy as shown in the picture.
Delicious!!!
Tonight was Sesame Shrimp Bowl from Asia. It's a fun way to include missions in our daily life and also to get the girls to try new foods.
We are also following operation world and using their prayer guide to pray for people groups around the world before we go to bed. It's fun for the girls to learn about other cultures, and the prayers they lift up to the Lord are amazing in their innocence. The faith of a child.....if only we all had that!
Here's the link if you are interested in praying with us : http://www.operationworld.org/prayer-movement
